So carefully crafted one can almost feel its textures, wishing it could be so.
It has been a consolation, getting lost in its tracery whilst contemplating the bad news ...
our new car, with a mere 197 miles on it, the agent of a randy buck's demise at 55 miles per hour.
whaa...does insurance cover that?
ReplyDeleteIt will, but we now know to report a new car purchase to our insurance company before having an accident (sigh)
DeleteAre you both ok? From the looks of the photo, looks like quite the wallop!
ReplyDeleteWe're fine and very grateful that the air bags didn't deploy!
DeleteAw Liz, what a drag! I'm so glad you weren't hurt.
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful card from Mo. That at least is lucky.
Art as consolation ... yes, lucky indeed
DeletePoor deer ... the car at least is fixable
ReplyDeleteWow - we have deer here too, and I (knock wood) have so far been lucky.
ReplyDeleteKeep safe.

Someone once said to us, "It's not about if you will hit a deer, it's about when." Thankfully, that comment led us to retain comprehensive car insurance coverage which includes collisions with animals. So thank you for your well wishes ... and I wish you the same!
DeleteOoops! but as long as you're OK??
ReplyDeleteFabulous card!
You are ok, that is the most important thing. Hope there will be a quick solution with the new car. In such moments a lovely card could help to cheer up.
ReplyDeleteGill and Birgit... you are so right. Being unhurt is the most important thing ... the rest is just pesky details!
