- Coming together: Patchplay

I've only ever made one nine-patch, so my recent patchplay has been about learning as much as about making.

Last night I started to put the trios together ...





 and I think I'll keep going in this direction for a while ...

    I love the way the patches keep their rectangularity, without matching up exactly. It reminds me of an aerial view of fields.

      Ha! Somehow I seem to drift into geographical features even when it's not intentional.
