trying to hold on to each moment ...
witnessing joy ...
homecoming ...
happiness ...
wonder ...
bliss ...
peace ...
And what of the peace pins? Well, they will have to wait a bit. But meantime, their light has been reflected back as even more joy, more peace ...
I begin to count my blessings and realize they are beyond numbering ...
so Satisfying.
ReplyDeleteDeeply Satisfying. Each one. Basic Goodness.
Thank You, Liz
Each photo filled with love, joy, wonder, happiness, and blessings. Thank you Liz for sharing all of this with us. These photos are simply and richly, an album of precious Family and a gift for all of us who come here.
ReplyDeleteI've come back to look again and this time, I got a chuckle to see Daddy wearing a Franklin BBQ t-shirt. We've watched every episode of Aaron Franklin's BBQ series on PBS and one day, if we return for a visit to Texas, boy do I want to stand in line to eat his food. We left Texas in 2008, the year before Franklin's opened. When we lived in Texas, our favorite BBQ joints were Smitty's in Lockhart and Cooper's in Llano. Migthy good eating ahead for you dear little Parker Mae!
ReplyDeleteOh Liz...the gift of these photos you share with us, which speak to love and live in such a deep way. Beautiful blessings.

Such magical moments. The pictures are beautiful, including Joyce's lovely rainbow.
ReplyDeleteoh sweet life! your photos of this joyful time lift me up as much or more as your beautiful cloth pin. Congrats!
ReplyDeleteI just love all of the expressions as each soul holds her in their gaze…& how she is smiling at Big Brother! Such joy!
ReplyDeleteOnce again, thank you all for joining me in this joy-full journey. The past week has flown by ... as will the years ahead. Here I will try to hold on to small sparks of wonderment as they flicker by.
ReplyDeleteMiss Parker has that beautiful, bright glow to her sweet face. Cannot tell you how many times I thought about your peace pins while driving and riding through those ramps and traffic in TX recently. I will need a peace pin to attach to my clothing on the next round, partner!
ReplyDeletePeace for me is the colors of green and peach.
Sue - Peach and green are the colors that fill my closet as well as my cloth bins!
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing your family joy! And congrats.
ReplyDeleteI adore the photographs in your 'The secret of Life' post -- of course because of all the loving going on with your sweet baby -- but the colors! Especially happiness ... and wonder ... The richness and variety of the greens and blues and pinks together -- even more reasons to grateful for life! Thank you for these posts, and for the creativity of your Imagine Peace pins. What a gift to the world!
ReplyDeleteBlessings, Bridget
