Wow! you are on a roll (((Liz)))
ReplyDeletefirst off your project is stunning! I received my imagine peace pin today, Friday 13th, a good omen- I immediately ran my figures across the stitching and cloth- a connection thank you so much!
ReplyDeleteThese seem to glow, so beautiful and full of heart.
ReplyDeleteMo - I am remembering how swiftly the Hearts for Charleston cloth flew from your hands
ReplyDeleteSusan - thank you and you're welcome!
Stephanie Jo - it pleases me that you should see them so
Liz..your piece is wonderful, original and reflects totally the theme of Mo's construct that will hold the pennants. Your work is pushing me beyond sketching and gathering pieces and I just began to stitch today. It is good to have some of the creators working out of the gate before the rest of the "crowd" as seeing the work truly gives a boost to those of us who spend much time pondering. Thanks for what has been a little push for me.
ReplyDeleteKristin - Glad to hear you're stitching ... I hope we'll get to see some WIP pix on Mo's blog
ReplyDeleteLoving all these words which are not just words - they are like breath.
ReplyDeleteSue - as I stitch them I repeat each word over and over ... they become mantras
