Fresh eggs and veggies from a CSA farmer have made our Thursdays pure joy this Spring ... we pick up a small steak on our way home, then grill it to accompany popovers and fresh vegetable whatever. Sadly, our farmer had a falling out with the property manager, so this is our last week. I know we can find similar fare at the Farmers Market, but there was something extra fun in not knowing what we would find in the bag each week.

Haven't made those in years. When we return from vacation I'll have to make some for our grandson. I'm sure he's never tasted one.
