I suppose I could comb back through the blog, but why? It is enough to know that they exist in the world, even if a few may have gone through the wash (no harm done … ironing usually puts them back to rights).

I love mine SOoooo much! You're a gem, Liz!!! 💕💕💕
ReplyDeleteWell I happily went through your blog and came up with 99 peace pins, just the pins with the word peace, not the peace symbol. You made it easy since in your first group of peace pins, Imagine Peace, you had noted that you had made 70 so I scrolled on through and with my several pins, having giving two of them to my grands, came up with 99 but I truly believe that it is well over 100. Imagine, peace going out in 100 little colorful special pins and the impact of them when worn out and about. A much needed gift to the world, all made by one woman with a huge heart and a belief that we can come together...thank you Liz. Comment by Marti, who proudly has worn and will continue to wear her Peace pins.
ReplyDeleteLiz is a very special lady & artist. I am proud to wear my peace pin.
DeleteWhat a lovely, lovely project. We need some peace... in our country... in our individual lives... I love this.
ReplyDeleteAnd I love mine! The maker group at my Quaker Meeting disbanded soon after I joined. Im trying not take it personally. LOL. I have gotten several "ooooh, nice' comments on the pin.
ReplyDeleteHi LA - what gorgeous Ukraine peace pins - love them. And how good it is that you have made and gifted so many that you have lost count - suffice to say that you have sent many many ripples of peace into the world - and may your fingers and eyesight and coffers enable you to send may more. Peace to you promoter of peace. Go gently. B
ReplyDeleteLiz~ Thank you for this amazing project. I love mine and those I've gifted too 💕 We can sure use some peace and beauty in this world of ours! Nancy
ReplyDeleteTo reach a point of no longer knowing how many or being able to keep track of them speaks of generosity and abundance. How perfect that peace is overflowing from your hands - so many lovely thoughts and images accompany these ideas! Thank you for all your small pieces of peace - I especially love that tiny wee one in that first photo - squeal!
