Tiny pieces of everything

I can’t help but think of James Taylor’s Yellow and Rose as I stitch these tiny 3/4" pieces of peace …

And fear not, I’m continuing to stitch regular-size peace pins as well … this one for a sewist at St Liz …

In the midst of chaos, I find joy in little things, like my new lunar thread nest and positive bits of "wisdom" on Instagram …

And always, all-ways, these guys make my days brighter (I did a double-take the first time I saw the second picture) …

As usual, to learn more about the peace pin project and request your own (free) peace pin, click on this link. And to learn how to make one of your own peace pins, click here.

  1. Everything about this post was like a warm hug, especially those smiles...Your lunar thread nest intrigued me so I clicked on the link and loved her Garden Caroler Friends and her Snow People. Now I would put your Moon Myth book right up next to your lunar thread nest for a visual and reading delight. Marti

    1. F - interesting to note, the 3/4" pins take about half as long to make as the 1 3/4" pins, even though they are 1/4 the size ... they are wonderfully fiddly and I do find myself smiling as each one is completed

Dear Liz, thank you very much for your comment. Where can I find this list? I have been reading your posts regularly for years. I use the translator because my English is not very good. Your words often give me courage in these difficult days of world politics. I am very enthusiastic about your Peace Pin project. I will be happy to present it on my website soon. If you give me your consent. I will present it in my small community and spend an afternoon together with everyone. I prepare the pins and everyone can finish them as they wish. It is a wonderful project to connect us humans. Thank you very much for this great project. Best wishes from across the sea, Katja
